Where and how to get???

I want to get that new global texture set that was released by Sacha but I don't know where to find it or how to get it. Can anyone help me get it? If it's payware, I'm SOL since I am disabled and can't afford it(took me 2 years to save up for just one scenery from FSDreamteam.). But if it's free, can someone either point me in the right direction or send me a copy? Thanks a ton.
