Just wondering if anyone knows of a model of the Norwegian's Fridtjof Nansen class of frigates that may work with the AI carriers program.

Thanks!

Close, it's Danish and it's a frigate, LOL. I have this in low poly .3ds format, shouldn't be hard to convert to an AIcarrier model

In SoH library (http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/local_links_search.php?action=show&keys=1&keyword=f101_ai) you can find the 'Álvaro de Bazán' class made by Jagl04. Fridjot Nanhsen class is a small version of the 'Álvaro de Bazán'

If anyone has decent plans for one (ships lines with body plan) I'd be willing to make a basic no-frills but accurate model (perhaps with the prospect of a more detailed model in the future). I wouldn't want to make a waterline model though, so it'd have to be plans for the whole hull plus screws and rudder etc.

Here is a link with a Nansen frigate, including repaints of all the different ones. It's made by Pasi Jřrgensen. They are working great with Aicarrier. :)

Andy,
I'm still looking for additional info, but try here first:
http://www.shipbucket.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=1181&start=30
Specifically page 5 of the above thread, as well as the black/white schematic on page 3.
Also the post about halfway down the page here:
http://www.shipbucket.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=734&start=10
The only other thing is I don't think that red section on the drawings above is correct, based on this:
http://media.defenceindustrydaily.com/images/SHIP_FFG_Nansen_Class_F-312_Otto_Sverdrup_Launch_lg.jpg
So I would make the whole section black.
I couldn't tell you for sure what's below the waterline as I don't have blueprints and didn't take a picture of the schematic on the wall when I was on-board a few weeks ago, but the above matches up for the most part with what I was told and observed.
EDIT: Scandinavian...that looks to be precisely what I am looking for!
Tusen takk!
