Those who have access to Facebook and A2A Simulations profile might have noticed that there has been lately few updates and photographs from their research trips. The two aircraft A2A has presented are T-6 and Piper PA-44 Seminole. In one update concerning T-6 there was few pics and just "Accu-sim research" added with a smilie. They have also test flown and recorded flights on some Seminoles.

Accusim T-6 would be just terrific! Until it arrives (which I think is likely), we have the beautiful T-6 Racers package just released to practice some Texan flying :wiggle:

Both should be great projects. The PA-44 makes sense for a first accusim twin. Since A2A rents and flies the actual airplanes for their research, a Seminole is a bit cheaper /hour than say a Baron or Seneca. With the flight data they get from the Seminole, they can use it for later twin projects as well. The Seminole is also a popular multi trainer with flight schools and students being a primary customer base, an accusimmed Seminole should sell well. Multi training is very expensive per hour, so an accusimmed twin trainer will be very welcomed by students.

The AT-6 will be the perfect trainer to fit between the J-3 and the Warbirds.

In the meantime we have FASA's fantastic T-6.
