Lord of the Landing allows you to place your aircraft in final approach instantly. Great for practice.

Take off Trainer allows you to instantly change the weather while you are on the runway, also wind turbulence, and other variables.

While we're on the topic of cool freeware addons, recently releasewd by "Duke" at avsim.... an AI traffic program that will limit number of AI in the sky to a fixed user value. I guess UT2 does this automatically but I had MTX 5.4b and it should do a better job. Good for saving FPS
