Public Domain source code for Yak-40 gauges, as well as (and probably of more interest) code for a KLN-90B.
May be of some use to developers here...

I would like to add my "Imprimatur" to these two zip files of code. I carefully examined them myself before allowing the post and links to be made visible in the forum. :very_drunk:

Gabor Hrasko released a new beta version of the KLN-90B with SID/STAR, navigraph Airac support and other bugfixes and features.

Here more info and download

Another example of great colaboration between developers (Roman Petkevich, Nick Sharmanzhinov, Dutch Owen and Gabor Hrasko).

P.S. ATM Unstable for me (FSX:SE), so be careful.

If you have the KLN90B previously installed.
Before starting the new release 0.77B, delete the PTT_XXX.DAT files in the KLN90B folder and let the program to re-generate them on startup!

Hi guys!

Gabor sent me the last version of the source code of this amazing GPS.

I am not a coder so, in my opinion, the source code can be hosted in a source code repository in order to be easy for developers work in the gauge. These repositories (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_source_code_hosting_facilities) are usually used for other software multi-developers projects...So I think that can be useful here too.

IMHO, a gauge like this can be very useful for freeware developments for example. An maybe for payware projects as another alternative to the RealityXp Garmins and F1GTN750s, but we need to check if all contributors allow it.

Opinions? ideas?
