You cant. FSX has default carriers around there is one in Sanfransico bay i believe but it is stationary. You can use I believe carriertracks1and2.zip which i believe has saved flights fianl to a moving ai carrier, you simply land than set up for cat shot. You also need uss_nimitz_ike_version2.zip, has more realistic carriers than default. or aicar2r2.zip, allows you to set up carriers in front of you than tell them to move. Google is you friend, except when its spying on you.

This might make some carriers easier to find for you, still have to fly out to them though.

In the process of finishing some carrier tracks that will start at Point Reyes and go south to Monterey Bay, then the carriers park for an hour or so before doing the return trip. Have tracks for the Nimitz, Clemenceau 1990, and Ark Royal. The Nimitz departs at 9am local time, 15 minutes later the Clem, and 15 minutes after that the Ark Royal. The ships travel at 25 knts approx 6 miles apart.

A shot of the carriers parked at Point Reyes:

Will finish testing and package up the upload to SOH later today or Sunday.
