Here's a Belgian Super Hog - 53-6768, FU-123 that was withdrawn from Florennes AB in 1972. There are conflicting accounts of the squadrons it served with but, when withdrawn it bore the thistle emblem of 1st Squadron. After a stint as a Mirage decoy it was subsequently preserved as FU-21 at Savigny-lis-Beaune Museum in France though it no longer appears to be there. There is an F-84F at the Musée Européen de l'Aviation de Chasse at Ancone, France that their website claims is FU-123 but they ascribe a different serial (52-7175) to it. But two other sources definitely give FU-123 as 53-6768. Any more information gratefully received....!!

Looking forward to this one! Have a soft spot for the Belgian AF and fly the SSW Hog in Belgian colors all the time..Fancy your repaints without the shading painted on :)

Yeah - shading looks great from some directions and with screenshots but I prefer to leave it off. FSX shadows the model anyway, albeit a bit ham-fistedly (translation - not very well!!!)
