As of 2pm GMT 21st January, Just flight is offering it's DH106 Comet for £5 for 24 hours only.
Whilst I'm a fan of DM's model, at £5 minus my points, which made it less than a pint of amber nectar, decided to give it a go. Unlike some round here, I'm a fan of Aeroplane Heaven work (the developer of this JF model) so it was a no-brainer.
I'm more than happy for a shade over £2, nice model, flies very well on my very short test flight to test installation. I've already had my monies worth, not many places you can get an hours entertainment for such little investment. Don't let that detract from the model, it's a really fine plane IMHO, just with DM's version it's a bit left out as (rightly so) many would rather spend money on a model they don't possess. At this price though, that's not so much of an issue.
