Our latest carrier works in P3D, although you may want to remove the wake effects if you're using 3D waves. She's available here: http://z13.invisionfree.com/Flying_Stations/index.php?showtopic=376 and is available for use in P3D for educational purposes but we accept no liability if used as part of deck landing training programme...
Oh and you'll need the RFN Gauge to get the mirror landing sight working because the Nimitz class FLOLS effect is way too big for this thing!

Hi Andy,
It all works just fine for me in P3D 2.3
I just need a bit more practice lining up with the centre line.
