:salute::salute::salute::salute: Those settings you posted here http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/showthread.php?78754-Attn-Ati-Radeon-users helped me rescue my FSX DX9. Nothing else I tried would work till I copied your settings and it cleared the blurries and nearly blacked out menu right up.
