I remember when this site (http://www.venetubo.com/fsx.html) first came up here. At the time I had a stable FSX install and never tried it. Since then two things happened. 1) I forgot about it, and 2) my FS computer blew up. I have a new one now, and decided to try it, after you linked to it in the FTX Global thread. Very cool site. No more stutters, with any plane. I haven't yet tried the suggestion about setting the frame rates in FSX to unlimited and using "external FPS limiter", which, they say, will result in "massive" performance increase. That sounds interesting...

Be aware that using external frame rate limiters is a thing of the past if you have modern hardware (Intel Ivy bridge or Haswell CPU with 600 or 700 GTX series Nvidia GPU). I used JB's tweaks before, now I use Kosta's and the results are much better (internal FSX limiter at 30fps with the new VSYNC tweak).

I have Nvidia inspector installed and set the frame rate limiter in the FsX profile to 30 fps and my FsX is now very stable and remains locked to 30 Fps almost all of the time. Only when flying big iron or over big city does it drop somewhat, but almost never below 20 with almost all sliders right. Very happy with that!:applause:
