Blasted Blue Jay!
OK.. new camera + need for test subject (cat won't pose and wife wields sharp objects) leaves me with the pair of blue jays that took up residence in one of our spruce trees this year. Unpredictable as a cat and noisy like a.. nevermind (remember sharp objects)...
They are great for learning camera settings and controls though as they move quickly through a variety of range, backdrops, lighting and the daily needs of life. So, I'll test everyone's patience with samples of the ongoing battle to record their progress (eggs are laid, chick not yet hatched) :cool:
Once I get the file-sharing set up I'll post a link to the large versions.88580
