Hi everyone,
My cofounder and I run a virtual Part 135 charter operation that seeks to recreate the operations of a small, single aircraft certificate. We do not have a website, but instead are a small group of avid pilots who enjoy working together. We have only 5 pilot slots, and essentially maintain a low profile. We aren't a VA. We're a group of pilots who charter one Learjet in the same fashion it would be in the real world.
Presently, we are seeking two pilots to fill an FO or Captain position. Placement will be based on experience and attitude.
We currently operate a US-based Lear 24 using the Xtreme prototypes 20 series Learjet package. Our particular aircraft has been partially modified and updated with components required for real Part 135 operations in an aircraft of this type. Such as TCAS.
The Lear is a two crew aircraft, and is flown as such. We only operate with two man crews sharing the aircraft together in multiplayer. We possess all real world documentation and manuals for the Lear 24, and operate the aircraft as it is intended to be operated. Selected applicants will be given extensive ground and flight training on the Lear 24, and will ultimately develop a level of competency in operating the aircraft.
If you are interested in becoming a pilot in our flight department and meet the minimum requirements for a position, please send me a PM. Several of our crew members are real world pilots, some even have real Learjet experience. Flying with us is the closest you'll get to operating a 20 series Learjet without picking up the $12,000 fuel bill.
First Officer Requirements:
-Two years of FSX experience
-Successfully complete the FSX private pilot check ride. (certificate will be reviewed prior to interview, and this requirement may be waived for an in-house check ride at applicant request.)
-Proficiency in operating a high performance aircraft in FSX
-Jet proficiency (preferred, not required)
-Must be 18 years of age or older
-Must live in the continental US (necessary for crew coordination)
-Must be able to utilize voice software and FSX online multiplayer.
-Must own Xtreme Prototypes 20 Series package. (Must purchase if position is offered.)
