IRIS Hangars still closed??

I went to the IRIS website lastnight and tried to re-download the "Tornado Superpack" but when I click on the download button I got the dreadded "Page Not Found" error. Is the site still under construction or am I missing the boat somewhere...? Anyone else have this happen?
