That guy crossing the street cracks me up every time P. And that's not Marti Gras! LOL

This guy was having way too much fun parting the water during this past Sunday's Shootout on the Ridge mountain bike race. I love the way a Nikon can capture action.

Haley Newton has been competing in our Running & Fitness Club events since she was five years old. She so outclassed all the boys and girls in the youth fun runs (below age 12), we had to ask her to move up by age 10. She is currently a 6th grader at Westover Christian Academy and although she is too young to even compete in middle school category, she works out with them and runs with the best of the women. I took this shot last year during our DCC Run for Justice 5K about 100 yards from the finish line. She is so fluid, she makes running look easy and like there's no pain to it. I hope she never gets injured, the little rascal is poetry in motion.
