OK guys, we have been here before but senior moments are more frequent. What name has to match in the aircraft folder and the mission note pad on the aircraft in the mission? a/c folder name, model.cfg, aircraft.cfg, etc ?
Thanks

Hey Highpockts,

The .mis file (mission) calls up the plane's folder name for the mission.

Example from an .mis file:
[unit_type.0]
type_id=3850
unit_family=1
name=AH_Hurricanemk1_2bladeCFS <<--Folder Name

[unit_type.1]
type_id=3896
unit_family=2
name=GC_He111H6 <<--Folder Name

In CFS 2 it's best to have a single texture per folder. The game then calls up the folder name of the aeroplane. That's the easiest way. Like the FS series of flight sims, you can have multiple textures in each aeroplane's folder with anotations in the aircraft.cfg file, but that just leads to problems with CFS 2. If you need multiple skins per aircraft type, it's best to have seperate folders with slightly different names.

Perhaps more than one texture per folder is causing your trouble.

Example:

AH_Hurricanemk1_2bladeCFS

AH_Hurricanemk1_3bladeCFS

Thanks Jagd. I will check you suggestion out soon. I did find out that I had a couple of A/C not installed. Having a problem with BSK_Spifire_mkvb and CTD in some missions in my MTO DAF 2.0 install.
