Milviz vs. IRIS

Look, I've seen screen shots of everything but the weapons systems. Which has a larger variety, better explosions, targeting and tracking, which is most realistic, and which is best for multiplayer?
I DO NOT WANT A WAR, just opinions and suggestions.
