Although the model is actually a nearly finished FS2004 model I decided to announce it here as well.

It work fine as a port over. All clickable items in the cockpit remain clickable and I have included an alternative prop texture for FSX. (The last screenshot was taken in FSX)

Be sure to read the manual before you fly it.....

Cheers,
Huub

Nice ship. Took her up from my usual flight test airport (NAS Lemoore, CA), did some stall tests, landed. Very nice. Might have to do something about the airspeed gauge (250 km/hr... well how fast is that? :icon_lol:) but a beautiful aeroplane in all respects.

Great job Huub, you know I am eagerly awaiting this one. Another great aircraft landing soon on my runway. Just found it for download here in the Add-On Library. Thanks for a great aircraft.

Seriously if that's the case I would slidely feel p***ed off! :-)
Huub, we have to talk! :-)
EDIT Just kiddin'!
The Fokker along with the Mossi and the Bf110 were my favorite raids back in good ole CFS day.
Eagerly looking forward to get my greedy hands on it! :-)

Thank you Huub, it's lovely. Glad to see it's made it out. Looks and goes great in FSX.
Differential brakes to make it a bit more manageble on the ground. Copy and paste into the config.

[brakes]
toe_brakes_scale=0.640889
parking_brake=1
differential_braking_scale = 1.0 //Delta on the amount of brake when the rudder pedals deflected
auto_brakes = 0

Thanks Lazarus, I actually thought I had put that in the config file. The real thing also had diffenrential brakes and in the orginal instructions it was advised to use them intermitted to "make taking off less difficult".

Cheers,
Huub

Cheers, no prob. Pretty much all modern aircraft use differential brakes, most every one has a brake or servo cylinder on each rudder pedal. Great modeling on this one. Too bad you've no heard anything from your pard. Hope he's OK.

Hello Huub,

I am happy that the G.1 is fnally ready for a virtual flight. It is a tribute to the work of Michel (oldliner52). You hhave done a great paint job.

Not likely, since the original modelmaker seemingly disappeared without a trace...

It is nice that you all thank me, but I only contributed a part like several others. Michel Migaud was the one made the model and is the one you really should thank.

Those with sharp eyes will have noticed that there is something odd with the crew. The gunner is Michel and I'm flying the thing. This was a small joke from Michel, but I like it as it still unites us.

Cheers,
Huub
