...Classic Wings has just come out with a freeware Ercoupe 415-C (http://www.classicwings.net/freeplanes/Ercoupe/ercoupe.html); unfortunately it's for Flight Sim X (which I don't own). I've written them asking if an FS9 version might be made available

It's a shame it's not for FS9 too. It looks really nice

I tried the Ercoupe for the other sim and must say it is a dream to fly and the craftsmanship of the model is super.
So if you do have FSX installed, even if you rarely use it like myself, get this one and give it a try. Trust me she's worth it.
If nothing else for the chance to fly the Trasher Ercoupe Twin.
