Description: UPDATED 08/02/2006 This is a updated version of my first JG54 repaint. The panel lines got messed up somehow, and they have now been repaired. If you have downloaded my first version, please update it with this one. Sorry for the inconvience. These textures will also work in FS9 This is a repaint (textures only) for the BF109E from Aeroplane Heaven. This plane was previously a payware plane, but the gracious creators from Aeroplane Heaven have now made this plane freeware. Thank you very much Aeroplane Heaven!!!! You can get the plane along with several other models from here www.aeroplaneheaven.com Thank you for downloading this skin. I hope you enjoy it. I know I had fun painting them for you! Thank you to Jaxon with this historical research and assistance with this paint scheme!! Bf 109E-4 Black 5, from II./JG54 Rumania, 1941 This scheme has been portrayed in many different ways. It has been also stated that this aircraft was flown by Lt Steindl, however this cannot be confirmed.
