D/L problem for prop textures

There seems to be a problem with the D/Ls for by Kelticheart's prop textures for: http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/local_links.php?catid=47&linkid=1269 (http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/local_links.php?catid=47&linkid=1269) and http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/page.php?lloc=downloads&loc=downloads&page=info&FileID=13021 (http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/page.php?lloc=downloads&loc=downloads&page=info&FileID=13021). This is the response I'm getting: 404 - File or directory not found.The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
