Does anyone know of a good .jpg to .dds conversion program?

Does anyone know of a good .jpg to .dds conversion program?

The only way I know is in 2 steps. First convert the jpg into a bmp in MSPaint and convert into a extended dds file with Martin Wright's DTX1 bitmap manipulator.

or the imagetool in the sdk in the deluxe version.
It's also available somewhere in FS2004, but I forgot where...
