.....last night ( after my bedtime ) this beechcraft dutchess went down in a field near rio vista california..was enroute to McClellan field ,lost power to both engines....the KCRA3 reporter tonight said..."the plane lost power to both engines,which is unheard of unless the plane runs out of gas",
it came to rest in a fielf just yards from homes..the pilot told a nearby home owner he looked for a "dark place and set it down"..the one house had a party with apporx 40 people who were said to have given first aid to the three men onboard the plane until fire arrived...
