Thanks, good read. Just wondering how many stories like this are out there. Sure would be nice to hear them since our vets. of WWII are leaving us very fast.

Yes Thank you!...The stories of WAR are all around us....here in that other Great war..WW!,,this time capsule was recently discovered...
The 'Pompeii' of the Western Front: Archaeologists find the bodies of 21 tragic World War One German soldiers in perfectly preserved trenches where they were buried alive by an Allied shell
