A Bomb for CFS3 ETO

Hi,


is it possible to install the A Bomb explosion of Firepower in CFS3 ETO 1.4 ? ( Load of B29a )

I have problems with the effect.xml !!

:wavey:I did it too; I have FPs nukes in cfs3, Eto, dpc Korea, Maw , Pto & Pto Rising sun.:isadizzy: It’s very involved. At least to me,:confused: I aint as bright as I once was. BTW I'm not crazy bout nukes, Just curious they could play a part later in Pto Rising Sun:salute:

How do you get it to work in other ADDONs very curious to know

It gets a little complicated - you need to locate all the relevant lines in your effects.xml and copy them over from the FP version to the working copy. You also need to locate all the effects textures (in effects\fxtextures) and make sure they are there too. All being well, once you've done that, you're off.

This one has all the Med Air War, ETO/PTO and FP A-bomb effects, plus some of my own, up to June 2011. No idea if there is a more recent version. You'll still need the textures, but they're copyright anyway, so you'll have to get them from your FP install. Don't allow FP effects textures to overwrite more recent ones!
