Hi guys n gals,

We'll be trying to keep most of the support in 1 thread, so we're not doubling up on workload and we're looking forward to reading what you're thinking.
I've created a new official IRIS SOH topic here: http://x.co/i15soh or on the official support forums on OzX here: http://x.co/i15ozx

We hope you like it as much as our team have!

Well guys,

I had a little problem with the throttles. Got on skype and guess who was online. Long story short, I shared my PC screen over skype, and was talked through the startup in real time.

I just got done taking off, pretty fun! Now it's time to see what this bird can do.

I cant see enough from the limited number of screen shots at the moment to convince me to part with money.

Can anyone post better shots of the VC please?

We respect your personal preference, however we want to make it clear that the eyepoint shown, is NOT the recommended position based on the model. We took careful measurements on exactly where the eyepoint should be placed within the aircraft.cfg.

Plus, I was trying to show Barnes the depth of the cockpit.

No problem, I've sat in my fair share of Strike Eagles. Just going for what I saw when I was in them.

Granted, the shot I posted was a little high (again, showing Barnes the depth of the cockpit).

For those who have purchased already, i kind request for some info:

Is flightsimstore's installer (453 mb) the same with Simmarket's (475mb)?

What's the 22 mb difference between them?

Took the bird for a spin, and made some screenz with the "original" settings of the VC with TrackIR...a bit head dwn 50% view, 60% view and original view

dont know why but the forum blurried up my uploads...?

Thanks guys for the screens.

I think I'll wait and see how well Milviz get the patch working on theirs before I buy another one!

Why is the HUD an odd color?

This one made me speechless, weeks of exploration ahead ;-) I gotta find out what Tim and David have been up to. No stores loaded yet and I still think this F-15E is a blast. I even started reading the manual, would you believe it :-D
Thanks to all involved for doing this bird, it feels and looks incredibly realistic !

Best and thanks
Dag

PS: Love the map light :-)

J Allen,

That is how the real F-15E is, there is a polarized coating that shows up depending on the position of the light (sun). It's not there all the time, just depends which way the aircraft is facing.

My other F-15 has been grounded awaiting the patch which will hopefully give me some improved fps. How does this Eagle run? And I do not want to hear how it runs the same as the FSX default Cessnas cause I aint going to believe it.

Morning gents,

Karen spoke to the sales guys last night, there is nothing different in either package, both have been downloaded & reuploaded correctly, the difference seems to be in the way the product has been wrapped. Different wrappers perhaps are causing a different size.

All sites have the exact same installer that was sent from us.

Thanks
