I'm looking around for some nice KEDW scenery. Something more interesting than just the default version, you know.

I like to fly in and out of Edwards when I'm attempting to fly high performance jets. Well, any jets, actually. Lots of room out in the desert for big smoking holes in and a loooong runway for the occasional successful touch down.

Has there ever been any talk about an MAIW KEDW project? That would be outstanding.

I've checked all of the FS sites that I know of and not been too successful. Guidance, anyone?

The FSX Acceleration Edwards AFB is pretty nice. Could it be "ported " back in to FS9? Is that sort of conversion even possible?

These questions just keep occuring to me. What can I do? :isadizzy:

I Googled KEDW for Fs9 and there were quite a few entries. This one may be of interest? http://www.vusaf.org/bash/

Get the one by Denis Waggoner, (fs2002) with its fs2004 update; lake beds look like this

I really like the Waggoner version also, love being able to use the lakebed as a landing area.

There's a funny little fix you have to make to a scenery bgl so ai works right. There's an ai pack that explains how to do it. It's been so long now I forgot how it's done.
