Low rotor rpm horn blaring away, not fast enough dumping the collective. One of the insidious traits of the Robinsons is that the rotor system doesn't have a whole bunch of inertia, not much energy, and the rpm decays rapidly, leaving nothing at the bottom to flare out. Rule one: Thou'st shall maintain rotor RPM, for this is thyne staff of life; lest the ground rise up and smite thee. 550fpm and it wil not wind up. The mitigating factor is, any landing you can walk away from is a win.
