SIM-OUTHOUSE.COM here

http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/local_links_search.php?action=find&catid=-8

THEY HAVE COMPLETELY COPIED OUR SPANISH CIVIL WAR SKINS MAKED BY OUR MEMBER JACKFOLLA.
HE MAKED SOME YEARS AGO THE SPANISH CIVIL WAR CAMPAIGN

http://www.simnetwork.com/scw

jackfolla and one friend maked something as 55 aircrafts for cfs2 , particularly jackfolla maked all skins now uploaded without any permission by sim-outhouse and a man called voodoo500 claiming he is the author.

SIM-OUTHOUSE.COM is just a PIRATE website as in past they uploaded also a payware model from icarusgold, they were discovered by icarusgold. Then a member having the original model payed, exchanged betweem few members the products making an abuse and pirating the product(echanging a payware product and giving for free to other members)

it's since 2001 they are creating us many problems and trying to damage our website, we received many attacks from them. They are just gelous of our website...few days ago they have also copied the colour them of our website, they upload many of our skins and models without asking, etc.

SIM-OUTHOUSE.COM JUST PIRATES

many of their members and admins are also into PIRACY being members on famous PIRATE website exchanging payware products. I have posted this because it's time people knows the true. Edited by webmaster (http://www.sim-outhouse.com/profile.php?lookup=1) on 22-09-2011 15:43

Mission,

This is a reference to the SCW aircraft that were uploaded recently. Some of the staff members, including myself, have a standing offer that if the upset parties would let us know which particular aircraft or skins this is a reference to, I would be more than happy to remove them immediately per the user request.

However, as of yet, they have not provided me, nor any other staff member with the requisite information and proof required to remove the files in question. Until then, nothing can be done.

There is no intent of piracy here, I assure you. :wiggle:

We all know that, but I tried to download something there, seems not to be a free place to do it!, I couldn't! But they are freeware?

Mission,

My personal feelings aside (especially the way my stuff has been treated there), I do not wish to start a "turf war" between SOH and any other website. Once again, I have no problem removing any items at user request if they have been uploaded without permission. This has been done with other members in the past.

I'm using great caution in my tone and response to this thread to avoid any such problems, okay?

Mission,

As far as I know, their site is still "free," but not having the ability to log in there, I haven't had the desire to explore that website in years.

You are right, sorry. I do not have problems if you want to remove this thread!

Mission,

You have no need to apologize. You raised a valid issue, so I answered your question honestly and as completely as I could. There's no need to close the thread. No harm done!

Simnetwork has uploaded several of my works and is charging people to download them despite the fact that they are freeware. However, I tried one and you can download it for free if you wait some 5500+ seconds.

Some of my stuff is on their site as well without credit or permission which is the very definition of piracy. However, even if we individually think similar thoughts privately, I don't think publicly expressing here a wish that something bad happen to the site is a good thing for us to do. We all already know the truth. Rami is correct. Stay above the fray, we don't need to descend to a similar level, right guys? :wavey:

Years ago I downloaded a lot of Jackfolla´s work on SCW planes. I don´t want to add more wood to the fire, but I am not sure if all his work was "original". May be it would be a nice idea to take a look at the original readme files. Surprises may arise. Paint schemes may be from him, but the other files, not sure.

Simnetwork has a great contribution to my work. As it never credited the original FS09 authors of my conversions, I began to put their names at my files. Simnetwork also uploaded all my work without any authorization. It's important to remark that I have no access to my work there since I complained some years ago. I just asked them to credit the original FS09 authors for their work and that was not fair assuming I did everything...

Cheers
