In the early 60s, guessing 61-63 I had a battery operated P47D bubble canopy, it was possibly 1/32 scale, maybe larger. It had three different colored buttons in front of the canopy, one to lower/retract the gear, one(I THINK) engaged the prop and the third fired the guns. The guns themselves had clear plastic for the barrels(which of course all broke off) and when fired lit up, I cant remember for sure if they made sounds or not but Im thinking so. My brother also recieved the P40 made by the same company and operated the same way.............

Heck, even at age 63 I'd like to have one of those. I could make strafing runs on the wife when she's in the kitchen, or go to bombs when she's watching TV. :icon_lol:
