where is mdlc 190 to be found?

Hi all, I am away from home at the moment and setting up a laptop, hunting through the usual sites I can't find version 190 of MDLC, it's Ivan's latest and best version. I'm sure it was an upgrade that could be downloaded from Simviation but it's not there now. Does any one know where it can be found?

why you think is the best version? I was never able quite convert an aircraft with this program, I had to use it in step with other programs, i mean, convert FS9 to FS8 and fs8 to cfs2 with the same program .(mk mdlc v2+). perhaps u say that 190 version got something special? the other thing that i would like to know , is if this program can in some way , edit a scam code ,and how? thanks!

Mission, I use MDLC at the command prompt (DOS window) and also with BATch files.

MDLC /a modelname
generates a very nice scasm file. It does not edit scasm. That, I must do with wordpad Context or similar ascii editor.
Hand editing scasm takes very long time but very powerful. Can fix nearly all animations eventually!
