How to instal Micosoft Disc to a Different Drive?

Q: for 'Old Hands'. I've only been able to copy my 'Vanilla' to different drives; realize not the best for it. Is there a way to get 'SetUp' to instal direct to new drive? My disc won't.

Switched off "AutoPlay", etc. On Win7 X64.
