i am looking for nice WWII nightfighters for FS2004 .
i already have A2A's magnificent heinkel HE-219 and i know there is also a nice P-61 black widow in the making .
there is also a BF-110 somewhere but can't remember where to get it .
also , does anyone knows what other night fighters of this time period are available for FS ( looking for some really good ones with VC if possible ) like for example dornier do17-Z7/Z10 , DO217-J/N , nakajina J1N gekko or bristol beaufighter ?
thanks

Aeroplane Heaven has a -5N Corsair.

Alphasim has a freeware F7F-3N Tigercat. There's a post in Multiplayer forum by dcc to make VC functional.

I bet Huub will know the website for the Bf-110

Don't have a link for it, but the Bf 110 was by the GroundCrew.

Ito-san did a P-61 and Fliger did FM upgrades for it. There are also some very nice paints around I think Morton did some.

Krzystof Malinowski (sp) also did a Ju-88C that should fit your bill as well.

Alphasim has a beaufighter , but it's payware.

Follow the link, scroll to the bottom of the page. You'll find a CFS2 Nakajima J1N1s. If memory serves me, it works in FS9. Just add manufacturer and version info to the aircraft.cfg and suss out the sound alias before you fly.

Itosan provided the FS community with a He 219, Do335, and a Ju 388. Thanks to Shessi, look in the CFS2 addons here at SOH for Ju88c and Ju88gs. There is a Do 217n also here at SOH in the CFS2 add ons.

AlphaSim also had the Dornier Do217M & K, I bought it when it came out but it seems to have vanished from the site...

Has anyone mentioned the Mossies yet? Bruno's CFS2 one or AH/JF.

Jamie

EDIT, has anyone seen a skin like this for an Me109?

Aeroplane heaven's freeware Hurricane has a night fighter skin available for it,
and Jed Marsh did a Defiant (although its a fs2002/cfs2 model and has some issues
in fs2004) ---> http://www.pavaservices.com/cfs/

The groundcrew also has a Bf110D Nightfighter for CFS2. However it works perfect in FS2004 as well!

Get it here: http://www.regshanger.com/Groundcrew/homepage/Garage/Ground%20Crew%20Design%20Garage.php

Enjoy,
