How does the sensor handle the continous light in these cameras? I know that laserbeams and direct sunlight can damage the sensor on a DSLR but at least the mirror covers the sensor most of the time. On a mirrorless camera the sensor is always exposed unless you always put on the lens cap after taking a photo, isn't it?

Since Pentax will be releasing an APS-C sensor based mirrorless system later on this year, I believe this "Q" system is essentially, a digital "Lomo" system...

Why do I say this?

Well for starters, it was released with a fish-eye and 2 toy lenses...(perfect for Lomo shooters)...
