How good is the Maxfighter USB F-16 joystick for CFS3 use?

I cant seem to find the Microsoft joystick version for the sim, can anyone tell me about this one?

...I see no hat switch so unless you have track IR or its really dirt cheap (like under 20 bucks) I'd keep looking...IMO ............:kilroy:.............
