Pre-paid simply for the fact Mile Hi, Idaho was included in the listed airstrips in the KMZ file.

Definitely been looking forward to the Orbx treatment for this part of the FS planet I used to call home for most of my real life.

I'm definately gonna get this, but I think I'll wait for the DVD boxed version. Idaho and Montana are my favorite vacation spots, so this will be a welcome add-on... I can't wait to see what the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone look like...

Yep, I like DVD's too when the product gets this big. I'm curious to see what kind of detail is modeled in Yellowstone. I've often thought I wouldn't even mind paying for highly detailed additional ORBX addons of scenic areas like Yellowstone, Yosemite, Mt. Rushmore, Devils Tower, etc.

I think ORBX generally releases the DVD boxes 4 or 5 weeks after the D/L version.

^^ Runway markers seem to be in short supply in Idaho or are wolves stealing them? :icon_lol:

I am always amazed how dry those landscapes are. I always thought the Rockies to be like the Alps all the way down to Colorado, but boy was I wrong! Those Orbx regional packs are like lessons in geography -> preordered.

Is there another coverage area map besides the Google Earth .kmz? I haven't been able to re-install Google Earth on my Vista system due to an installation error (common problem with Google Earth it seems). A simple .jpg image map would be nice.

It is possible to load a kmz file into regular google maps without google earth installed. save the file and then just load it up when on the google maps page
