On SonyAlphaRumors it has been suggested (quite some time ago, admittedly) that Sony might be working on a camera with a Foveon-ish sensor as well. Not sure if it'll ever happen though...

It wouldn't surprise me at all if Sony fabricates the Fuji design.....:wavey:
