This stand alone represents a B-24J, 304th BW, 459th BG s/n 44-49791 'Homesick "MOE"' (no Nose Art) Giulia Airfield, Italy 1944-45
All the Credits go to the following:

I just changed the skin's s/n to represent 'Homesick "MOE"' .
