Hi, All

Been out of combat flight sims for several years because of other committments. Couldn't even remember how to install missions, skins, terrain, etc. Learning to use readmes again. Some success with missions, not all.

One concern is no CD software. My 64 bit machine doesn't seem to like the install. I forget the error message. I've found out that some planes will not fly with my "64".

What are the latest and user friendly terrain downloads?

What is a good place to fly online? Are there any left?

Great to be back in the community...........any advice would be appreciated. :salute:

Thank you,

spitune

Can't help you with the 64 bit stuff, but if you get with Minuteman10 and the others down in the CFS1 forum they will be more than happy to hook you up with flying on line info and more.

Spitune,

I apologize for not being around to lend advice, my life has been insane as of late. I will try to provide a full response to this post as soon as possible!

Hi Spitune,

One of the best places to fly CFS 1 and 2 online is www.Reverbgaming.com (http://www.Reverbgaming.com) They have since changed the name to digital bloodsports but the link still works. Just remember if you fly online with a DSL modem to forward your ports for DirectX 7 & 8. This will allow you to join and host games.
