GypsyBaron,
I saw where you where talking about your flak addon at A2A. Do you have more places add to this?

If so could you get them to me?

Between Ian p and you this is getting good!:ernae:

I would love to have the new A2A Spitfire fly into this when hitting the French Coast!

thanks,

EDIT: You can add this flak as your smokesystem.

GypsyBaron is just much better to have in FSX.

For this I used FSPassenger X :

We can take options "war zones" according year. Good idea. Dameges from Flak are present too.

I do have that I forgot about that in FSPassenger X.

If you want to take things a step further, you can always add these figures in your video during post-production.

Nice video, flyer01!

I have expanded my flak coverage in Europe and when I have some time I will put
the new package together and upload it here at SOH. I am at some point hoping to add
the damage as a result of flak to this package but that is going to have to wait for awhile.

As to linking flak to the FSX smoke system, I prefer the approach of actually putting the flak sites
into the environment where no user interaction is required other than to get close enough to
trigger the flak.

The map below shows where I have currently added flak sites. The second pix shows my
A2A Spitfire over the coast in Belgium.

GypsyBaron,
Yes the flak effect that you are adding is the best for fsx.

When you get things ready to upload send a smoke signal here at SOH and A2A.

Thank you GypsyBaron this is a very good addon for us that like histological type of flying with our WWII planes.

The aircraft crew members are made using the freeware figure Apollo Maximus which was made for use in Poser. The flight gear was a $16 package available at Renderosity. I can provide details if anyone is interested. The Apollo figure can also be imported into the free 3d program, DazStudio. I capture scenes in FS9 or FSX, and then using the scenes as an animated background, I render the figures over the background, creating the effect that they're in the plane.

Here's a sample of how these figures were used. The flak effect in the video was a smoke effect.

X_eidos2.

That is cool. This is over my head but there maybe some that can use this. Can thy be put in missions or are thy for making video only?

The figures would be for making videos only. Even with FSX being able to handle a huge number of polygons, these figures and all the gear are in the 300,000 face count range.
