I know there's a freeware one but I'd love to see one at Lionhearts level...

Goodness! What is it?

Looks similar to a Piper. Is that a rocket under the cowling? Cant be a Turboprop.

Why do we need another one?

Better that Lionheart has a go at something different and not available elsewhere :jump:

The Airedale was one of the first aeroplanes I flew. The Airedale was too heavy and underpowered and couldn't compete with Cessna, Piper etc. It had a low cruising speed of about 110 kts. and a top speed of about 150kts. It was a pleasant machine to fly, but, if memory serves correctly, visibility was poor for the taller pilot.

It was an attempt to develop the old Auster to compete with modern American types. It didn't work. The Pup was nice and made a useful RAF trainer as the Bulldog, which is available in FS.

Lionheart, I've seen your attention to detail.

Not meaning to offend anyone here, but I'll 2nd that request if it's made for FS2004 also

Can't get a picture, it's called the Viperjet MKII. Here is the website
www.viper-aircraft.com (http://www.viper-aircraft.com) Check the photo gallery. Put me down for one FS9 version.

That is a smooth airplane. Someone made one for X-Plane, sure would be fine in FS9 or FSX...:ernae:

One more for you Lionheart. Flew these things in the Army in the olden days on wheels, but floats are no big thing.

srgalahad....downloaded it and will fly it later. How do you know where all this stuff is at? I look and look but can't find much.
Just reinstalled Megascenery Pacific Northwest, seems to work pretty good with my newer computer. Now to find a nice Seaplane base with a good dock. Some place NW, about 60 / 70 miles, of Seattle.
Thanks, she looks like a nice aircraft.

Years of looking, hundreds of bookmarks and a lot of paying attention in here. The odd "search for" and, occasionally, luck. Actually, as time goes on, the Heads Up you get in the outhouse will fill your bookmarks very nicely, thank you :wavey:

Now, west coast scenery??? --go to Avsim or FlightSim and do a search for "Holger Sandmann"

(that should keep him occupied for a while...)

Then pop back in here and send a PM to Holger to say "thanks"
