Looking for program

Hi all, I think it was falcon409 told me about a program to use for alpha textues. I thought it was DX somthing or other. Could someone point me in the right direction. thanks

That little wee program ("DXT-Bump") just has to be one of the biggest boons to FS ever created, so I can understand the "panic" in trying to find it.
