Gius, yous excellent work is much anticipated, but searchlights would be mandatory for Berlin.

Have you used the stock Berlin library objects.
When I built my gsl London Landmarks I redon the london landmarks now they show damage textures when destroyed.I was very unhappy with the stock London library objects.

Hi Robert,
effectively i've intention to use the stock object for Berlin, but i've replaced the cfs1 library that comes with cfs2 with the original cfs1 library: the result is a bit better as far as the size and the visibility of the objects. Now i'm using Eod in conjunction with Citybuilder by Jens Wilke: is there a way to build multi-lod objects with this program?
Thanks and regards,
Gius

To Gius sorry for the late reply.
I donot Know how to make lods with EOD, there may be a way to
hand edit the models. I have used EOD but found gmax with other
tools better. It is important to make LODS for this game. You have
noticed that the original cfs1 library does seem to work better, but
they are not realy compatable. There are objects that call for different
textures ,texture names are spelt wrong and other errors, quite a
mess up really.
Over at the fsdeveloper web site there is a program called
modelconverterx ( I use all of the versions ) . This program reads
SCA files exports them as 3d you can the import into gmax tweek
them ,make damage models. compile to a new library.
This is how I made the gsl london landmarks with LODS.
Take a look, I think my LODS pops up to early but I think it makes
them more fps friendly. I think to much LOL.
If you need any help just ask.
