JMK (Usio) files/AS F9F

Rebuilding my game and came across the JMK ( Usio) ships. Does anyone recall his website addy and where do the files JMK_Ing Green bouy, Red bouy etc. go? Do they go into the ships folder or where else? Completely forgot and can't locate the portable drive with the zips on it.
Backed up the files and can't find the :censored: thumb drive!:banghead:

Also does anyone have a flame effect for the Alpha Sim F9F, of T.R's FoxFour F9F? Tried to make one and aren't having too much joy. Everything I try for placement looks like :bs:

The bouys go into the Ships folder and you activate them for a mission or scenery by selecting them from under the Ship menu in the Mission Builder.
