Great news, I love BSMP's SAAB. Happy to have this ATP, but I really want the Metro/Merlin that they are working on.

I too am happy the BSMP team finished the ATP, it was a long time coming. Hopefully this means all of BSMP's efforts will be concentrated on the Metro/Merlin, which from the screenies appears to have a detailed and accurate visual model.

I was never really a fan of the (real) ATP. Those modern engines never really lent grace to what was a rather dated, unremarkable airframe. But at that time, everyone seemed to be introducing new turboprop commuters, or updating their old designs (the F.50 fell into the latter category as well; F.27 = classic, F.50 = eh...).

Neither were those of us who had to be acquanted with it professionally!
'twas said ATP stood for Advanced Technical Problem.....
