As good as his Connies are, I'm going to have to give this one a whirl as well.

For a about a week I've been following Manfred Jahn's latest project; I can't wait. This new C-47 is bound to be nothing short of fabulous.

I will always be an admirer of the MAAM Dak, but I'm really looking forward to this one! :jump:

As somebody else stated over at calclassic:
"The only thing to replace a DC-3 is an other DC-3."

Cheers,
Markus.

This is an exciting project! I have wished for a very good-quality DC-3 like this, so I will look forward to this release.

A shame he will not do a Lisunov, which is still missing in FS9, but it's no big problem, this is still looking beautiful!

from Manfred's latest post:

Fully functional VC? I've been successfully ignoring this issue so far. I guess I'll finish the external model first, which means that in FSX it can be paired with any extant VC. But we will see. This may be a bit of a disappointment.

oh... fiddlesticks. And me without fsx.

VCs are overestimated... :icon_twi:Yeah, I'm witchoo, Markus. I can easily wait for a VC -- forever, if need be.
