There seems to be no end to high-quality scenery for FS9, if you keep looking: (http://simflight.nl/2010/07/phrasong-%E2%80%93-chiangmai-thailand-vtcc/)

Mod Edit: New download link for official release version:

WoW! - this is somewhat better than what I was using. And although there is a big difference in ground texture definition, it also sits quite comfortably ontop of the freeware Chiang Mai photoscenery (which also adds a few objects to the city surrounds):

Since this is apparently not yet available on any of the major d/l sites, I've split this off to its own thread. I haven't been able to test it myself yet, but it definitely looks nice!

My links point you to the forum discussing this beta release, and the download link has moved.
claudius24 has posted a link that works.
Since I was in the neighbourhood, I downloaded VTSP Phuket which looks quite promising.

I was beginning to think the same thing. I've removed the download links as a courtesy to the developers that probably don't want their package being widely distributed during the beta test phase. If you got a copy, consider yourself one of the lucky few. But as a further courtesy to the developers, please don't redistribute it.

Drat, behind the power curve yet again.... :icon_lol:

At least I got a new FS site bookmarked. Now I can practice my Dutch.

Hi,

This is not the beta version !!
The link I posted (removed .... ) is the official release !!

On this page: (click on HERE for download)

Google translation

Previously there were screenshots and two beta versions of Chiangmai International Airport. Phrasong scenery has now officially released for FS2004. This can be downloaded as freeware.

... Now I can practice my Dutch.
I must tell you, Chrome takes all the pain out of those foreign-language sites.
Mine now understands to translate Czech and Dutch without asking, and only sometimes for Russian. ;)

Mike: "Welcome to 411 Squadron" eh?
Missed that small detail, lots to look at...I do like the animated fountain, one of the better effects.

claudius24: OK if the scenery is "official" maybe this one can tag along, too:

and is available from

The difference is that at one time I was very fluent in Dutch. I just don't get hardly any practice these days.

Claudius, thanks for the updated link! I've edited the initial post to include that link so that people first reading it don't get too confused reading this whole thread.
