I really like the vintage look of the actual camera!

This camera could very well be:
-Leica X1 killer
-Sigma DP* killer
-Canon S95 killer

All wrapped in one....

Hey All,

So near and yet so far is all I can say.

- The lens is a fairly fast F2 fixed focal length 35mm (SLR equiv approx) - nice - but non-interchangeable!
- 12.3 MP APS-C - why not 14 or 15?
- 90% field of view in the optical viewfinder - not sure if you see any data unless you look at the LCD
- why only 720P Video?
- not all the specs are there but I'm wondering about auto-bracketing, HDR, etc - so hard to say

Clearly a beautiful camera though and apparently metal:jump: with manual controls. A lot to like about this camera but still it looks like it lacks...

Now to see what kind of pics it takes.

I've no doubt that a camera company CAN produce exactly the camera so many want. Just add the negatives I've listed and your there as far as I'm concerned. I'm suspicious that these companies are deliberately dabbling around the edges of producing what I think a lot of people want just to differentiate their product and maintain sales.
