As you may know, I like my aircraft well worn and dirty, so I keep painting them like that.
Here are a few work in progress shots of my next attempt, Princess Pat. How do you like her?

She still needs some work, the X's on the fuselage need to be bigger and lower, the right inner wing needs to be lighter and more weathered, and I'm not sure: does the roundel on the left upper wing need a red outline? I find it hard to be sure.
Do you see any other things I need to tackle?

Yeah, that's definitely worn and dirty. Looks like it has flown its quota of missions and is about ready to begin a new life as a formation ship, squadron hack, or hangar queen.

I like it!

Is the upper right wing heavy with replaced skin patch's, or is that from where paint weathered off or suffered light impacts?

There's a number of planes at my company coming up for repaints, if you'd like, I could get some shots of weathering. They're pretty heavily weathered, especially over the cockpit area where it gets almost supersonic airflow in cruise.

Peeled paint I think, the original pic is not too clear.
I would love to see some detailed pics of weathering, my mail is in all the readme's in my paintjobs.
One can only improve..

Fantastic paint!

That crew needs to be sent home so they can do a bond tour. :salute:

You can now fly the Princess yourself, just download it here (http://aussiex.org/forum/index.php?/files/file/1360-a2a-b-17g-princess-pat/).

If you do, could you tell me what you think??
