I'm really hoping it stays long enough for me to check it out this Saturday and Sunday. For about 3-4 decades it sat at a local airport just a few miles from me, so my dad and I used to drive by it every chance we got when I was little (my dad always had a thing for the DC-4, DC-6, DC-7 design). I got to see it depart when it left for Florida several years ago, under its new ownership, and I can't wait to see it up close, now fully restored.

Robert, thank you very much for sharing these photos! What's really amazing, is throughout all of those decades of it sitting idle, the whole interior remained intact, just as it was after leaving airline-duty.

Looks fantastic. They really did a tremendous job restoring it.
